1. Import / Copies:

Company:

• Taxpayer Card Copy
• Import License/REI
• Copy of the Permit
• Health certificate for importers of animal products

Individuals:

• Taxpayer Card Copy

2. Merchandise / Original Cargo Documentation:

2.1 Maritime cargo:

• Proforma invoice authorized by the Ministry of Commerce.
• Original commercial invoice as proforma invoice.
• CRF e / ou ADV (Pre Shipment Inspection).
• CNCA (Conselho Nacional de Carregadores).
• B/L "Maritime cargo" Original (2ª Via).
• Merchandise quality certificates.
• Phytosanitary Certificate for fresh, agricultural products , medicines and animals "MINSA, Vet. and MINADER" including from the country of origin.
• Statement and Disclaimer directed the shipping company.
• Declaration authorizing survey of containers in the terminal and handling.
• Other documents that can be relevant.

2.2 Air Cargo

• Waybill good for dispatch (AWB).
• Packing List.
• Proforma invoice authorized by the Ministry of Commerce (equal or higher to 5000 USD)
• Final invoice.
• Values ​​statement signed by the consignee.
• The declaration authorizing waiver of AWB and cargo handling.
